The Solution operates by intercepting jobs as they are spooled. The data from the job is extracted & processed calculating costs, pages, user info etc. The data is then logged in a central database where it can be analyzed for reporting and accounting purposes.

Modes of operation are set at installation.

This Print and copy solution is managed on a cost per page basis. Managers & system administrators are made aware of usage and cost via password protected activity reports.
